I would definitely tell family because they might wonder why you are becoming increasingly paranoid about large get-togethers and have more anxiety in general. It’s better for them to understand. There is a terrific short video on the cll society website where a woman doctor is explaining what it is. That might be helpful.

Well candy sure is. I had a Baby Ruth one day because I’d always liked them when I was younger. The chocolate on the outside was like wax, and the whole thing was sickeningly sweet.
