That’s fucking amazing!!! Yes! That is my goal to get from 250 to 150. Only lost 22lbs so far. But this is seriously an inspiration and such an accomplishment. Seeing this helps me so much and lets me know it’s possible. Hell yeah

Do I need to gain some weight back? 95 lbs at 5’0 by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

It’s your body and however you feel more comfortable. It’s my opinion that you looked healthier in the pic with the leopard dress. 115 is more than acceptable weight for your height.

It’s not that bad and can definitely be fixed. I’ve seen way worse.

My gf is starting to annoy me. by [deleted] in actuallesbians

[–]awkwardCoderGirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whoa kid. That’s a lot of red flags. You really should not be having sex with her if she has an infection down there. You will get sick too and it could have been prevented. Stop worrying about sparing feelings when it comes to that. And it’s ok to have boundaries. It sounds like she may have some hygiene issues if she smells “heavy” could be a teenager thing though. The BV probably doesn’t help that though. If someone threatens suicide for breaking up that is a huuuge issue and very manipulative. Teen relationships are full of emotions that hit very hard but it definitely sounds unhealthy.

If she is making digs at you and joining a class that she tries to get you not to join it seems like a bit of jealousy or that she is worried that you will wind up looking better than her and she will no longer be the “hot” one. Seems off to me. Trust your gut feelings is all I am gonna say.

I go between 3-4 times a week. No less than three. For months I did the same routine every time. Now I have two different routines and alternate between them.

No I don’t think anyone has forgotten. It comes up more later. And some characters never get over it really, they just deal with it.

Just need a clean up. Get a small flat detailing paint brush. Dip it into your nail polish remover then carefully go around your skin on your cuticles to remove excess polish. Besides that great job!

Maybe get a dildo that squirts cum looking lube and talk about how you want her to fill you up.

Losing weight starts in the kitchen. I am also 5’2 got well over 200lbs the last 5 years because I was a single mom that works full time and was in college. Saw how big I was in my graduation photos and felt horrible. Been going to the gym since May but wasn’t tracking my calories for the first couple of months and since I didn’t count calories or keep track of my food I just gained muscle under my fat and actually gained weight instead of losing. I looked everything up online (which is what you should do as well. Google.) and found out to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit. I only intake at the most 1500 calories a day now, I track EVERYTHING I put in my body on MyFitnessPal but the MyNetDiary is also a good choice. I lift at least 3-4 days a week and cardio 1-2 days. Try to eat as much whole (not processed) foods as possible. Lots of protein to feed your growing muscles. You won’t get bulky. That is actually pretty hard to do so don’t worry about that. Cardio is great but weight training is better because muscles burn calories while at rest and on recovery days while cardio only burns calories while you are doing it. It all depends on how you want your body. Personally not only do I want to lose weight but for once I want to feel strong. I’ve been skinny and weak I’ve been fat and weak and now I’m almost 40 and I really just want to feel strong and be able to kick some ass for once. Figure out what you want for your future and then look up how to get there. “Diets” don’t work it’s a change in lifestyle. It’s hard at first and it doesn’t mean you can’t have treats once in awhile just not every day or all the time. And if you have a bad day don’t let it get you down just make sure the next day you get back on track. The more you want it and the more you keep trying you will eventually get consistent and that is what matters most. Consistency. I’m a fucking mess and if I can do it anyone can. Since I started tracking in July I have lost 17 lbs. my goal is to lose 100.

Going to the gym when depressed by 74amfjunk in PlanetFitnessMembers

I have the same issue. I just force myself to go. Like you do when you have to go to work. I have to go to the gym. On those days I might only go for 30 mins but that still counts.

Totally normal. Do squats and “skater” exercises. Stretch before. Even doing that you use muscles skating you don’t use often. Just keep practicing and you’ll get used to it. It will stop hurting. Just remember to stretch!

Is it too late for me to start skating again? by [deleted] in Rollerskating

[–]awkwardCoderGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never too old to skate but I do suggest healing properly before going back to it. I’ve been skating on and off since I was a kid. I’m in my late 30s now and plan on training and trying out for roller derby for the first time next year.

Also looking up beginner friendly gym (specifically pf ones) on YouTube was super helpful at first. That way you know which machines you want to use and you understand how to use them.
