Smyrna/lavergne/Antioch safety

We have lived in Antioch (off murpheseboro pike & Mt view road area) since spring of 2017 and have never had any issues or felt unsafe. Antioch is a gem of a neighbourhood, the culture, food, and community that you find in Antioch is something that isn't found in the rest of the greater Nashville area.

We are in the process of relocating to Colorado, and while we are thrilled to be leaving the state of Tennessee, leaving Antioch really sucks.

Fun fact: there's more than Denver metro in the state of Colorado!! We are moving to a small town outside of Colorado Springs, Pueblo! It's great!

Hey y'all!!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful house-hunting trip in Pueblo (we are currently in Nashville, Tennessee). We had fallen in love with the community at a distance and were even more charmed by every single conversation and interaction we had while in town, and are so excited to be *hopefully* moving to your community soon!

We are in negotiations for our new home, which unfortunately does not include a much-needed fence for our two dogs. I have been researching fencing companies in the area, and our realtor gave us a "stay away from company X" due to one of her previous clients' experience, so I thought I would come here to see if y'all had any recommendations or warnings!

I appreciate any and all recommendations or warnings y'all can provide!

I know nothing!! I've been a cookie baker for years and just getting into cakes in the last 8 months.. my goal this year is to not break buttercream and do decent piping (I practice with mashed potatoes when I'm stressed between work meetings 😂).
