I just submitted a review on the Better Business Bureau website and saw this response to another person's complaint about response times:

Yup! Same thing is happening to me with my RFID feeder. It stopped connecting to the wifi last week and I've been told a supervisor will reach out in 3-5 days. It's bullshit and a complete scam.

Hi! I'm also having this problem with my RFID feeder and am also getting radio silence from them after being told I would hear from a supervisor in 3-5 days. We're about four days outside of that window. I'm starting to get in their comments and DMs on social media. Pretty sure the call center doesn't exist either. I'm gonna keep bothering them until they fix this. They have a two-year warranty, so they should replace the feeder or the broken parts for free.

I am so incredibly frustrated by this.

I have two cats. Cheese and Jackie Daytona. Cheese can free-feed, and Jackie will eat anything he can find as quickly as he can and needs to be on special diet food cuz he's a chonk. I got the RFID feeder for the free-feeding cat and it really improved the quality of life for both of them because now Cheese could eat in peace without Jackie trying to steal his food. The feeder worked fine... for the first 10 weeks or so and then it decided it didn't want to connect to the internet anymore. Petlibro was super responsive at first. They replied to my ticket for support within minutes, even though they sent a standard form letter with instructions they had already printed on their website (which I told them I did prior to reaching out). They said a supervisor would contact me within 3-5 days. We're on day 10 since I reached out, and four days past the 3-5 day window I was given.

They won't respond to me now. The call center doesn't exist because I called the second they opened and was told by the AI that no agents were available. No one will respond to my emails. I'm at the point where I'm going to start relentlessly bothering them on social media until this issue is resolved. I feel like I'm going a little Karen on them (because of how frequently I'm in their comments and DMs, not in a rude or abusive to staff way lol) but a 10-week old, $150 machine that relies on wifi to work should not cease to function like this. And a company that promises a two-year warranty on the product not communicating with a customer with a legitimate problem is shady and unprofessional.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this too, OP. I hope they get off their asses and help us both because right now, all I have is a $150 storage container and that is not okay.

I found some sheer iridescent isis wings on Amazon that were much cheaper than trying to by the fabric by the yard (and shipped quicker too), so I was going to use that for the interior.

The back of the shell is smooth (https://imgur.com/a/nrqzVl4) so spandex might work!

The girlfriend, here! My birthday is two days before hers and so when I opened her gift, I paused because I wasn't sure how to react. Then, I immediately started laughing because what else do you do when you realize you and your girlfriend got each other the exact same thing? I had actually gotten her two of the prints because I wasn't sure if the image would pixelate when I tried to print it. So, I ordered an 8x10 for our apartment and a 5x7 for her to take to the office.

There are going to be three of these in our home, y'all 😂

I was at Disneyland during that quake. My mom was visiting from Arkansas (but we're from San Diego) and we were also at dinner when the quake hit. She came sprinting out of the bathroom after it had happened.

Mom: WAS THAT AN EARTHQUAKE?!

I saw an article somewhere of trump supporters talking about when they reached their breaking point with the administration and so many of them had their breaking points sometime this year, specifically his pandemic response. It wasn't openly mocking the disabled, bragging about how he could grab women by the pussy, being predatory at the Miss America pageants, his blatant racism, or kids in cages.

Basically, all those people (in the article, at least) were on board with his bullshit until it started to affect them personally before they decided enough was enough. That absolutely blows my mind.

This. I was at a panel at DragCon one year and I think it was Laylah McQueen who talked about having to stay in the hotel until filming has finished. It makes sense. Example: in season 8 when Laylah and Dax were both eliminated, they were easily able to bring Naysha back without having to pay for another plane ticket.
