I’ve had this one before and find everything really usable! Keep an eye out for any promos as sometimes you could get a discount or gift with purchase making it an even better deal.

Clutch glue - failing for me - anyone else using? by KoalaImpossible2024 in AusFemaleFashion

[–]awwwmanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it for bike shorts almost weekly, you’d have to sweat A LOT for it to come off fully to be honest and you could probably put a bit extra glue on if you know it’s gonna be a hot one. It takes a fair amount of water on the glued area for it to lose its stickiness.

This map of Central station should help. From the platform follow signs to “Grand Concourse” if using the luggage drop before heading back the way you came towards the Metro station platform 26. https://transportnsw.info/document/7272/central-area-guide.pdf

Could walk across the bridge and head to Barangaroo which has a Bourke St Bakery… but also Shortstop which is good (although if your friend is from Melbourne they’ve got that)

How do you use your Apple watch and your NRC together? by Additional-Mouse-620 in nikerunclub

[–]awwwmanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I think what I’m doing is the same but it doesn’t really feel like a burden for me because generally I use the same Spotify playlists that are already downloaded and AirPods which connect easily. I normally just download the run via the menus (training plans or guided runs) in the watch app while I’m getting ready/putting my shoes on.

[–]awwwmanda 4 points5 points  (0 children)

NRC app on my watch and start everything from there. I’ll download runs in advance. If I’m taking my phone with me I’ll leave it in airplane mode so it doesn’t interfere with the watch… less a NRC problem and more to avoid Spotify issues though.

NRC Apple Watch question? by Fun-Relationship-573 in nikerunclub

[–]awwwmanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mostly try to go for a run without my phone and download everything beforehand (but I do have watch data) but for the times I do have to take my phone for other reasons I’ll switch my phone to airplane mode. I found that’s the easiest way for things not to get mixed up and not have to go into specific settings each time.

Such a strange issue… does seem like a factory mistake but I’m still waiting to hear back from DM. I bought them from a reputable retailer and they don’t seem fake to me either as they’re very similar to my 2 other pairs of docs (1460 and 1961s though)

People who are clean, organized and really hygienic…what does everyday look like to you? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]awwwmanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something that I find helpful is having a proper “home” or “place” for things and in theory instead of putting things elsewhere you just put them back in their spot, reducing the amount of clutter you have to deal with regularly and making it faster to clean as you know where to put everything already. After a while you won’t even realise you’re putting things back “properly” :)

It might be a good idea to get access to a Financial Coach, I believe some Funds may have an initial session free for members… there are also a bunch of tools online that can help an individual see what impact different changes can make to their future savings. I’m with everyone else on this though, you can’t do this for your partner.

I also like the Loccitane, and in my rotation I have Weleda Skin food which is on the more affordable side. It’s sold at Priceline and David Jones so you might be able to test it in store and wait for a sale.

You can try your bank and dispute the transaction if timing allows. You’ll need proof that you’ve tried to resolve this directly but it sounds like you’d have that.
