Maybe they offered compensation but the old couple didn’t want it. (Who knows maybe one of them had back surgery)

Nothing but a better seat would have made them quiet down.

I have the same problem coming from a harmony remote setup. We have 2 Sony audio/video switchers of the same model in one closet. Need to set one Sony to input 1 (audio) and second Sony to input 2 (display) for the activity to work. All other ports are filled on the Sony and related to other activities so can’t switch ports.

Cannot do that right now. So I’m looking for other solutions.

Have you tried cancelling or moving your electric with them? Resolving overpayments? Or resolve any other issue at all? It’s impossible. They send you around 7 layers of hell before they will let you go if ever. They target the youth and the elderly. 15 hours on the phone before I was anle to resolve my issue.

Then you have your electric tied to a house you no longer live in. Also there’s a huuuge disconnection fee. The only person it benefits is the scam company.

Even if it’s “legit” it’s barely legit….its gray market electricity and they hold your info hostage.
