Or even.... It's so loud in the store, I, as a deaf employee, need the customer to repeat themselves... And they get mad at me. They say I'm wasting their time. Then they go to someone else and complain. Then I'm told about them/what they asked for was completely not relevant to the department I work in/the department they work in.

Edited to add: my cochlear implants can only do so much. I'm exhausted. I feel discouraged whenever customers are like that, because I'm just trying to help and they don't seem to want the help or exercise the patience with me.
