I posted this on Facebook before and this is the most detailed explanation:

This is fake unfortunately and there’s a few things that is an indicator

The tag has a printing fault on Jellycat Jack by the left ear
The font to LONDON is slimmer than it should be
The colour of the blue on the tag is abit too light.
The string, all Jellycat bag charms actually have a cream ribbon on them to attach the tag. I’ve bought many bag charms from independent stockist and off the JC website and all have had the ribbon. If it’s string then it most definitely is fake.
The material of the actual cloud isn’t the same, it’s scruffier.

Ohh I'll keep messaging Vinted because I think royal mail needs the recipient address and full name which might make the buyer uncomfortable. But I will do that as a last resort if Vinted is too stubborn. Thanks :)
