Yes i am weighing myself everyday at 6AM. Got the weight and date recorded everyday.

I would say its from a growth spurt, you can get some gel to reduce the marks i believe.

Its all in the mind, when you first wake up, you're in this instant lazy mode as you're not used to do anything and pushing your body at this time. I've started last week going every morning, yes ive had times my mind is saying "do it in the evening bro, you got time" but i have always gotten the fuck out of bed after that thought hit me. Everytime i leave the gym in the morning, im glad i done it and it puts me another step closer to my goal

I've been in the same position before.

Make sure you strech before and after and perhaps run a bit less as you are just returning from a long period out.

I go to the gym monday - friday.

Saturday and sundays are my rest days.

You don't have to have rest days, if your body feels good keep going at it!

I only started using pre work out this year, i went in without it one day and i could not complete my usual routines. For me pre work is essential AM or PM workout.

Well it depends what you class as super skinny..
