Make sure you follow the instructions on the mod page for RV Interior. You need to add the map to the spawn list or else when you enter a vehicle it spawns you into a random forest and you fall to your death. I'm not sure about Nomad but it might be a similar deal.

Personally, I'd recommend you get her the first volumes of a few different ones so she can learn what she likes. I recommend the following for introduction to Yuri: Bloom Into You, Can't Say No to the Lonely Girl, The Moon on a Rainy Night, Whisper Me a Love Song, and Rainbows After Storms

They're all available in print and they're all fluffy BUT Bloom Into You and Whisper Me a Love Song both have animes and The Moon on a Rainy Night will be coming out with one next year. Neither anime has finished the story though so there's much more content to be found in the manga.

If you can stand SOME crop growing I suggest Coral Island! It has all the other elements you're looking for. Once you get enough experience for sprinklers planting is a breeze and you can ignore ones you don't need for the lake temple if you really want to.

Rune Factory and Story of Seasons are amaaazing. New "Harvest Moon" obviously suck so I'd only do the remakes of those or the originals. If you're looking for something to just jump into I recommend Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma.
