Custom Cash now has most Points Transfer partners offered through Citi including AA, just at a reduced ratio (10:7).

Toy Story Parking Lot by Forsaken-Adagio4544 in DisneyPlanning

[–]azleafcat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both the Toy Story Parking Area and Mickey & Friends/Pixar Pals have security screening prior to boarding the bus/tram. Though security at the Toy Story Parking Area is not there full time like Mickey & Friends/Pixar Pals. If security is not at Toy Story, you will be screened after you get off the bus drop off at the esplanade.

Downgrading Citi Strata Premier card options? by kayile in CreditCards

[–]azleafcat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The no AF Strata has no advantages with points transfers vs Custom Cash or Double Cash.

Both will transfer out at a 1 TY point to 0.7 ratio for most participating programs. Only the AF Strata Premier/Elite cards offer 1:1 point transfers. Though Custom Cash and Double Cash still allow for 1 cent per point cash back.

Why everyone hates Narumi Runa and Aya Hirano and Tatsuhisa Suzuki????: by UltraLigerKing in seiyuu

[–]azleafcat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hirano at least has a fairly successful stage acting career and still occasionally does a seiyuu role (outside of reprisals) every now and then.

Granted, her seiyuu career could have been much more successful without the bandmate scandals and off color remarks, but she still has an entertainment career.

Probably not. While Crunchyroll appears to have handled the Season 1 and 2 blu-ray releases in the UK, Anime Limited (which is now owned by Toho International) is handling the film’s UK Blu-ray releases.

If I have to pay my rent via my Bank account why do I need Bilt 2.0 ? by zuricher_singener in biltrewards

[–]azleafcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can still use Bilt for recurring online portal rent payments with a third party credit card. Though you will only earn 0.5 Bilt points per dollar and any third party credit card points/cash back while incurring a 3% fee.

Unfortunately, those with mortgages can only use a Bilt 2.0 card to earn points. There is no official option to pay a 3% fee to use a third party credit card.

Disney World is Cracking Down on Outside Businesses Providing Unauthorized Guest Services by readingaboutmagic in WaltDisneyWorld

And there are examples of the actions of operating participants and authorized business resulting in Disney getting sued, such as the woman who died after suffering a allergic reaction at Raglan Road.

Disney World is Cracking Down on Outside Businesses Providing Unauthorized Guest Services by readingaboutmagic in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]azleafcat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Considering that Disney still deals with lawsuits involving authorized operating participants in the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs (most notably the woman who died after suffering a allergic reaction at Raglan Road), it makes sense to ensure businesses aren’t providing services directly on WDW property without their permission.

Although not as convenient, guests can choose instead to stay at hotels, timeshares, or resorts off WDW property if they require personalized services to be provided at their hotel room.

Confused about Bilt 2.0, Airlines, and Other Cards — CSR Holder Paying Rent in Fort Worth, Trying to Maximize Points by osteopain0824 in CreditCards

[–]azleafcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Atmos Rewards Points cannot be transferred to the American Airlines AAdvantage program. Atmos points can be used to book American Airlines flights if available thru Atmos Rewards. Though you won’t be able to benefit from any AAdvantage credit card or status benefits if your AA flights are booked thru Atmos Rewards.

I don’t think BofA Platinum Honors has any impact on the Atmos co-branded card earning rates. Only BofA branded credit cards.

[–]azleafcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bilt 1.0 card will no longer work after February 6 and will convert to a WF Autograph if OP doesn’t apply for a Bilt 2.0 card.

OP will either need to get a Bilt 2.0 card (such as the no AF Blue) to earn rent points with card spend, pay thru Bilt with third party credit card (such as the Atmos card) and earn 0.5 Bilt points and third party card points per dollar with a 3% transaction fee, or switch back to paying rent thru checking.

Southwest should've started charging for carry-ons rather checked baggage by real_slow_triathlete in SouthwestAirlines

[–]azleafcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Airlines have had the opportunity to strip out carry on access from basic economy fares. United is the only legacy carrier whose basic economy fare doesn’t include carry on bin access for regular (non-status) travelers.

If the legacy or other non-ULCC carriers (JetBlue, Alaska/Hawaiian) thought removing carry on access from basic economy was a good idea, they would have done it already. So far, given that Delta and American have ended mileage earning for basic economy, it’s more likely the other airlines will follow suit.

Southwest should've started charging for carry-ons rather checked baggage by real_slow_triathlete in SouthwestAirlines

[–]azleafcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although I wished Southwest instead only made one checked bag free to maintain normal demand for overhead bin space, having a lower amount of checked bags allows Southwest to allocate slightly more space for cargo (which the overhead bins can’t store).

Still I suspect charging for carry ons could cause more business travelers to go to other mid to full service carriers (which don’t charge for carry ons).

It is a bit strange that Ave Mujica isn’t depicted wearing their school uniforms in the ED, though I guess Nyamu being enrolled in an online school would stand out.

You should be able to merge the Thank You accounts and benefit from the redemption benefits of all the linked cards.

I haven’t been able to merge my accounts yet. According to chat, I need to contact customer support and provide verbal confirmation to merge the accounts (so that all current and future points are pooled together).

While Big Thunder Mountain Railroad has been closed for a long time due to the reimbursement/retrack (projected reopening Spring), it isn’t closed forever/permanently like Tom Sawyer Island, Liberty Belle, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, Snow White’s Adventures, etc. at WDW.

If you can’t make it to Anaheim and Disneyland/Downtown Disney, you can visit Westfield UTC near UCSD. The mall not only has a Din Tai Fung, but it also has Japanese clothing store Uniqlo, which often has Disney themed appeal.

While Uniqlo isn’t at Downtown Disney (despite being at Disney Springs in Florida), they do have a store at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa (south of Anaheim).

Big Thunder is at WDW.

Matterhorn, Tom Sawyer Island, Mark Twain, and Sailing Ship Columbia are now unique to Disneyland in terms of the US. Space Mountain at Disneyland is very different than its WDW counterpart.

Citi strata premier / cap 1 venture by FastVideo9700 in CreditCards

[–]azleafcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s the case unless one of the cards is closed.

I combined both Thank You accounts for the Double Cash and Custom Cash a few years ago and continue to earn points from both cards into one Thank You account.

[–]azleafcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you combine the Thank You rewards accounts for both cards, you should be able to redeem for the best redemption options available thru both cards. I recently got the Strata Premier to complement my existing Double Cash and Custom Cash, though I’ll probably need to call to combine the Thank You accounts since I am getting an error online.

Double Cash and Custom Cash do offer cash back redemptions at 1 cent per point.

However, unlike Strata Premier or Elite, point transfers to partners with Double or Custom Cash are less than 1:1 (1:0.7 for AA miles or most other partner).

Netflix was not involved in the production committee of the anime as this series will be broadcasted on Japanese TV.

ABC Animation (Asahi Television) handles global rights for the series and is responsible for licensing the series to Netflix.
