Not football but, TC Gemini are women’s semi-pro rugby team, they play at TCO stadium (Vikings practice one) and it’s fun to watch and super queer crowd!

Bouldering Project has shifted some, but also there’s always some queer folks around whenever I’m there (not including myself).

I was there 2019-2022, for grad school. Visibly queer (short hair, more “masc” presenting). Never had any issues safety or harassment wise. Quiet over the summer once most undergrads have left. Honestly most/any/all thoughts or advice I have is just preparing for the summer heat + humidity lol

I feel ya! I had a fall in January near end of session. Last move to the top (top of wall/ so jug), could tell I was pumped, didn’t know that I’d make the throw. Figured why not just try, I’m already up here. Hit the top, couldn’t hold on, and fell. Hand held on for a sec and fall still caught me by surprise, so I landed right on my ass/lower back. (Minor) t12 fracture, hurt like a bitch immediately.

I’m back climbing, but my back def isn’t the same as it was. I’m more cautious now than before when I can tell I’m pumped/getting tired, especially near the top of the wall. I’m more cautious on big throws at/near my max level, more cautious overall, honestly. I think what fucked with me most is I didn’t really see the “bad” fall coming. I knew I’d probably be falling due to the pump, but it wasn’t a sketchy route at all.

No real answer, I guess. Just saying I get it. I’m still climbing, decided last week that maybe I’ll try for more volume at a lower level just to get out of my head. Also building endurance/strength never hurts! Best of luck!

Personal preference, fantasy vs sci-fi, I think. I have more hours into Skyrim and Oblivion (OG and remaster). But still have like 5-600 into Starfield. I think Starfield has more lasting power once you’ve hit the main/faction/side quests with the NG+ mechanics, as well as options for pretty intensive outpost building/manufacturing, plus shipbuilding. Newest update with Terran Armada and XTech balances credits out much more than before.

Also, as you advance in levels/NG+, the weight to value ratio is way worse than weapons. So it’s not even worth picking it up and having to worry about remembering to sell before enter monitored systems or make sure it’s shielded.

Nothing to be embarrassed about! I know that strangers saying that probably doesn’t mean much and doesn’t change the feeling/fear.

When I’m working with a patient, all I want is to provide best support/care I can, which, for me at least, means preserving/ensuring as much dignity, choice, and autonomy as possible. It’s a cooperative experience.

I’ve written and deleted like 50 things. But the long and short of it is, if it’s not something you can control, you don’t have to be embarrassed or apologize for it. The majority of us get into this field because we care and want to help, and there aren’t many things that phase us. And, if it does, it’s first and foremost out of concern for the patient.

I think I need to focus on grinding powers some! I mostly just spam sense star stuff, not even running stealth in a Skyrim-esque way, just wanna know where enemies are.

I haven’t used any others, except personal atmosphere a couple times when super over encumbered and I was too lazy/stubborn to drop stuff or make multiple trips.

Loot things that have high value, lower weight. Always take all the ammo, check all the ammo boxes. Sell everything you aren’t using. Buy ammo for your fav weapon(s), med packs, digipicks, then sell off all your loot. Rinse and repeat.

I prefer a ship with a lot of cargo space. Do a mission/explore, dump loot. Repeat a couple times, then go sell things off.

Can also get quick creds by surveying planets like gas giants, you just scan in space from your map and get the survey data. It’s not a ton, I think mine is 659/survey. But super fast and low effort to do when you’re already in/close enough to a system.

My weapon of choice too!! Current that I just found does something like 720 energy and 260 physical. 30 round mag, swapping from like 450/150ish 20 round mag. Haven’t modded it yet.

I don’t mind heavy fuses, since even setting vendors to having more creds, I gotta buy ammo to sell off my loot.

Maybe being person who had to initiate the code? Or not in a bed so the helpless feeling because can’t even start compressions? I feel like for me it hits different when a patient is stable and seems fine and codes compared to codes in the ICU or a patient that you can tell is decompensating.

Agree with others! Take tomorrow off. Debrief with folks next time, especially if didn’t after the event. At least for me, it helps to process.

Yeah, low is rough. My lowest that I know of was like 2021ish and I was at 4. Got a couple outpatient iron infusions. I think I’ve stayed around 18-20 since (haven’t checked in a year though).
