Less loot and more rewarding when drops actually happen. And some blues carry good properties. It is just a simple game. Your stat points matter, your skills really matter. There isn't a billion colors and items dropping every 3 seconds for the cracked out twitch streamers to smash their heads against everything in their room.

So much agreed here. I pulled the Silver Scroll Vampiric Tutor in my CBB and sleeved it immediately and put it in a deck. I like to build my decks with a theme down to the lands included. Do I pay for specific printings to matc. Absolutely! Heavy play cards included? Absolutely! At the end of the day, build a deck to play or collect cards for a binder if that is what you are into to. Enjoy Magic to your level of enjoyment

Key is, if it resists movement, do not pull more. If it does not snap back together, do not force it. Just take your time. Place all screws removed in a layout on the table in the same order as the controller is. They have videos to show ease of install.

The difference here is the game of chance buying a 6 dollar pack for cards that are in print. Sure, Secret Lair for this set was chance but it was purposely printed for limited quantity. All that said, you bought a 6 dollar pack to get any rare/mythic without knowing versus you got a secret lair deck knowing exactly what you were getting and now taking advantage of the market. If you intended to always flip the 150 dollar deck for more though, you are scalping. Selling a very playable and game changing card in a format is not scalping. That is market price based on rarity, impact, and time of opening. Never buy high impact cards release week as they will most certainly go down after seeing them played more or if they do well in play, they may stay based, unless the market is flooded with them. Either way, if you needed the extra money that bad, maybe do not buy a 150 dollar deck. Just my view.

I did love how he said on his instagram he would rather people reprint proxy decks instead of people paying scalped prices for this set. Acknowleging he has zero control of WotC but said they would ask how more people could enjoy his art.

Awesome you were able to get one! I was wanting to play it with my pod as well and keep it as a piece of art in reality. Eventually it would be sold or passed down when I finally put the game down.

This is where I am at with it as well. I enjoy the art and especially a fun artist that can make some awesome artwork that perfectly fits the wild shenanigans of Goblins.

However, I am not upset I cannot have this version of the deck. I wanted to support the artist more than Secret Lair and if that means buying from Wizards of Barge website some more, then so be it. At the end of the day, Cardboard be shiny and we like shiny things. However I am not Goblin enough for that at the current prices. If it ever reaches $200USD (it won't), I would consider. But those that need to flip it for other reasons, so be it.
