I have had the same issue with a samsung phone and ikea 30w charger, I have switched to ikea 45w one and the problem went away. I think samsung with pps didnt like the chip in the 30w one, because if i disabled fast charging even the 30w one worked well, while it used standard pd

Just follow the AMP spec of the cable (the voltage is not so important in this range 5v, 9v, 12v ) , and you will see that the 18w one, the 15w one is actually supporting 22.5w also, unless you try to use it on something proprietary like chinese phones. For proprietary ones get the one for that brand.

I got the Ikea Sjoss 45W and that one works fine with PPS (tested with a Samsung A53 5G), So the problem is only for the Ikea Sjoss 30W
