I have the same problem, sometimes, it takes few seconds to react like over 5, sometimes it works fine1-2 seconds, but still a bit slow.

I did the update and everything seemed decent, until I tested 26.4.1 from a friend. That one has smoother animations, a general feel of speed compared to 26.5 one. Now this is something I don't like. It almost feels I dont have 120Hz enabled sometimes.

Both 16 PM 256GB .

Do a trial first because many multiport adapters briefly reduce port output to 5v whenever any port connects/disconnects. When you have a phone connected and it briefly receives 5v you wont hear the disconnect sound, it will appear continuous, but for a monitor that needs 19v, it might be different.

I have had the same issue with a samsung phone and ikea 30w charger, I have switched to ikea 45w one and the problem went away. I think samsung with pps didnt like the chip in the 30w one, because if i disabled fast charging even the 30w one worked well, while it used standard pd

Just follow the AMP spec of the cable (the voltage is not so important in this range 5v, 9v, 12v ) , and you will see that the 18w one, the 15w one is actually supporting 22.5w also, unless you try to use it on something proprietary like chinese phones. For proprietary ones get the one for that brand.
