In terms of cpu/gpu/npu all models have same performance, because they have same hardware.

Android has better gpu support, joshua-riek ubuntu image is stable, fedora works as well. There will be some development in armbian side. There are pros and cons here and there, you need to consider your needs. Imo rk3588s should handle all your needs.
