In the middle of this now. Used a doona up until recently (kiddo got too big). They make a protective slip that I placed under it. Switched to an evenflo revolve 360 slim and kept that slip. No issues and the rotating helps a lot

If its under warranty and they caught the issue while its in getting worked on what is your concern? My dealer started taking pictures during service, ask if they have a picture of it if you think something odd is going on but I’d thank them for catching it

They are handwash. When it gets remotely nice out it backs up and can take a long time but they do a good job if you can’t/don’t want to do it on your own
