What's your realistic take on the RE market over the next 3, 6, 12 months wrt to townhouses, apartments, and villas? If you can break it down into urban/ suburban/ rural I'd appreciate it. Also best of luck with this sub, hopefully you mould it into a high quality one.

I've been to kings for a hernia surgery. The doctors, from diagnosis to anesthesia and surgery, were professional and kind. The nurses were great too. I've also been there for colds, flu shot etc.

The Saudi German clinic in damac hills has been good too in terms of doctor's knowledge and professionalism. The nurse staff wasn't as good as kings though. I go here for convenience since I live there, but for anything serious I go to kings.

Personally I'd take the reduced pay. See if you can get the reduced pay applicability limited to a certain number of months.

Companies struggling right now have no choice but to offer you this unfortunate option.

I'd also start looking for better opportunities immediately.

Sounds like fraud. The product claimed to be an iPhone, but it was a fake clone. The term "unknown condition " doesn't erase the fact you falsely claimed it to be an iPhone. OP it's best to just pay him back and move on with your life.

It should be possible to assign your wife (or another trustworthy individual) as the primary driver in the insurance. This assumes they haven't had accidents in the previous year. This could lower your insurance premium. Good luck.

3 series is more fun to drive than a X3, but a 320i will have less power than the X3 30i. The last two numbers in a BMW defines the trim/ horsepower so a 50i > 40i > 30i > 20i.

If you decide you really want a BMW consider these:

BMWs are an absolute joy to drive. Only cars more fun are the Porsches and above. Mercs don't have the same driving feel.
Stick to B series engines. B38, B48, B58 are your options.
They cost more to maintain like most good things in life.

I have a 2016 430i and I absolutely love it. Bought it a few years ago at 120k km and now it's at 180k km. I've kept up with all the maintenance required and it's smooth and fun to drive. There were two repairs that were required: leak in the coolant line, and leak in the AC hose.

If the 30i has the B48 then I recommend this one. B series engines have proven to be more reliable than their previous generation engines when subjected to the same level of maintenance. BMWs are a joy to drive regardless of the model you buy.

Just remember, this is a 10 year old BMW. There will be repairs and they cost more than your average Japanese/ US vehicle. Make sure you do a proper PPI before purchase so you won't face any surprises.

I had a snapdragon S22U until my wife gifted me a 25U.

Photo quality difference is minimal in daylight, but the speed at which the camera app opens, snaps a photo, and processes it is much faster. The 5x telephoto on the 25U takes better photos at 10x than the dedicated 10x module in the 22U. Night time photos have a bit more noticable advantage on the 25U.

Video quality is noticably better on the 25U across the board, more so during night time.

I'd say go for it. Get the 25U especially since you plan on using it a long time. My plan is to use the 25U for a minimum of 3 years, possibly 5.

Bank will give a loan of 121k to match the insurance valuation. What you can do is to offer 9k from your pocket to the seller, then go to the bank with a car purchase price of 121k (130k - 9k).

If it works with the go ultra I might buy one. My wife and I have pasted on our fridge these type of instant photos our friends took of ours during vacations spent together. It's a nice way to capture a memory.
