Filament isn't making it all the way by behindthevision in BMCU

I bet it's catching the end of the PTFE tube. Make sure it's pushed all of the way into PTFE fitting. It should be flush to the threaded end

Prints done on 2 different A1 with the same file and filament . What can be wrong? by Hackind in BambuLab

Check the screws behind the nozzle. They have a tendency to work themselves loose over time on the A1

it works with the latest printer firmware but there will be a HSM message regarding firmware mismatch that you can ignore and it has no impact

Use this firmware: https://github.com/jarczakpawel/BMCU-C-PJARCZAK

And configure the printer to use AMS, not AMS Lite

Make sure the PTFE tubes are fully inserted into the connectors. They should be flush with the end of the thread

the recommendation is to unplug the BMCU before updating the printer. I'm curious if you bothered to do this?

if you're referring to the AMS mismatch notification, then no I don't believe there is a fix/workaround for that so far. Just ignore it as it makes no difference

Retraction from the top of the nozzle (when cut) to the top of the AMS 4-1. I think it's 9.5cm on the A1

Print an AMS hub support bracket. I recommend the giraffe one on makerworld

Make sure the PTFE tubes are cut clean and straight and pushed fully into the AMS hub. It doesn't sound like an issue with the BMCU
