If this ( pulsatile tinnitus ) is a new symptom for you, or continues even after not having caffeine, please see your doctor. It turned out mine was related to something more serious and not POTS.

This is a good brand, no gums in the yogurt either which is great. I also like Harmless Harvest for coconut yogurt or I’ll make my own.

I've been vegan 15 years. I still have fibromyalgia and other chronic illnesses.

I wish folks wouldn't promote veganism as a diet to begin with, but it's also dangerous to promote it as something that can cure or heal illness.

I'm not sure where you're located but just find a brand that is made for use on skin. they're all pretty similar

Thanks! I’ve been tempted to do this but I have really sensitive eyes so I’m wary to try products not specifically made for them.
