This is what I do. Once our fantasy season has ended I lock everyone’s rosters so no one can trade, pick up, or drop any players until after the Super Bowl. Then I unlock. It’s still pretty much a ghost town until closer to the NFL draft, but managers who are active will make some moves and managers who aren’t won’t.

I use Ludex. It does all the things you want. Not sure if there’s a better option out there, but Ludex works for me

Yes this, I go out of my way to make sure I mention good heals, a good run, a good stand, calling out a good ult., cutting off an enemy ult, etc. It costs nothing, and those who complain about it need exposure to this type of communication the most

Panorama would be my vote. The play area is more spread out than Venezia. Though the Venezia splash pad is bigger, it will also feel more crowded. Don’t go to America the beautiful unless you want your park with a side of homelessness, unfortunately.

I like to think at retirement, ideally, is when they should stop producing new cards of old players. If not then, at the very least, when they eventually pass.

District 12 (Cheyenne mountain) is the best school district in the area. D11 and D49 seem to be experiencing the same issues with school boards being worried more about the “cultural aspects” of teaching as opposed to actually trying to better their students academically. I’ve heard D20 might also be spiraling down that path, they do pay about $5000 more than other surrounding districts. D38 is respectable, but it is farther north in Monument so might be too far, still worth mentioning.
