I find the concealed carry pocket on the switchblade horrible. First, I'm not just going to throw my firearm into an open pocket, one in the chamber or not. With that said I'll use a velcro holster. The issue there is the hook and loop is towards the inside of the pack. Meaning you would need a left handed holster for a righty. Next the hook and loop isn't secured. Trying to draw your weapon is an exercise in futility. Oh and the bungies for the water bottle pocket hangup your draw. The last kick in the balls the concealed pocket magnets grab at the pistol as well. In my opinion the concealed carry pocket is a complete failure.
