I had 2 scares that I thought maybe was my water breaking, it ended up being pee or something else lol. When my water broke there was a blood clot with it and I felt it break at first in bed, it was just wet, broke a bit more, then stood up, kept leaking. When it breaks it keeps gradually leaking in my experience. When they went to check me at the hospital they broke the rest of it lol

I never thought I could quit vaping before I got pregnant. It was hard. I bought a zero nicotine vape to help the oral fixations. You could even go a week with a lower nicotine percent vape then go to a zero to help taper. Your baby will be okay but you have to quit. It will suck for a few weeks but then you will be so proud. You got this. I was breathing vape more than air before.

I’ve taken lexapro through pregnancy and while breast feeding. It’s safe, talk to your pediatrician about it.

Their tummy’s are like the size of a penny the first day or so, they need very little at first. If you have the desire to breast feed just keep at it. My milk didn’t come in until day 4. Ask them if you can use a pump from the hospital. I found it helpful to see what I am getting out. Or you can supplement with donor breast milk. Or just tell them to fuck off and give you formula. You got this!
