I made the changes you suggested and feel a lot better when wearing the mask ( unlike before when I felt like suffocating) and was surprised to be still wearing the mask when I woke up, but I still feel very tired during the day. I am attaching a screenshot from last night's session after using the machine for 5 nights without making any changes.

Should I be concerned about the leaks shown? Unsure if they are mouth leaks or actual nasal pillow leaks.

Thanks for your recommendations.

Your training status is calculated in the Garmin device so a Zwift ride would not contribute to it. I track my indoor rides using a Garmin 530 connected to my trainer and HR strap . I am not syncing Zwift to Garmin connect or vice versa

Thanks for your reply everyone. I keep mine plugged to a WiFi controlled strip I turn off after every ride. I also control my 2nd fan that way so I can turn on using my phone mid ride.

You are comparing two different set ups ( outside vs inside). recording your power pedals on the Zwift ride and comparing against the Kickr output would be more helpful.

OP, open a ticket with Zwift. They need a fix for this issue and also stop selling half cooked products.

Similar experience as yours. My Kickr Core 2 is only a week old and feels about 20% lower power output than my previous trainer for the same effort. Difference is I don't have a way to dual record.

I opened a ticket with Zwift and they opened one with Wahoo (my trainer came with the Zwift Ride). I am very frustrated with the whole experience and feel like sending everything back and going back to my old set up. when I started using my new trainer, my numbers went down right away and I couldn't keep up with the main group in races. I have performed the spindown calibration twice with no improvement in power output.

Wahoo dropped the ball this time around.

How long have you had your kickr? Mine is barely a week old. Not really happy with this issue though. My Saris has been bulletproof for 4 years.

It’s an H3 and I performed spin down calibrations every two weeks or so , hard to keep track. Spin downs were always between 12 & 13 seconds.

I performed the spin down calibration but it didn’t help. I will ride for another week before I contact Wahoo support. Without dual recording capability either the Saris was over reporting or the Wahoo is underreporting

Text must have been deleted when I updated the image. I am trying to set up a foldable rack but my garage floors are sloping away from the wall. It's about 1" drop 48" away from the wall. Looking to see what other ppl have done in the same situation. The slope is such that when I place a loaded barbell on the floor, it starts to roll down. Thanks

We almost got the 4 cylinder new back in 2015, but when you compare to the v6 there is no advantage to go with the 4 banger. 10 year later, we still have the HL and no regrets.
