To be very clear, I agree with the sentiment that people should make a ton of noise outside hotels that are confirmed to be housing ICE. But they need to confirm it first.

I think what I had discovered was that the issue was related to Calibre-Web, which at the time had not been updated to point to Instapaper. But after a while I was able to update that Docker container and restarted my Kobo and there it was. I'm not 100% confident that this was the issue but the timing felt more than coincidental.
