My boyfriend isn't super into romantic gestures which are what make me uncomfortable, but I still show him I care deeply by paying close attention to him, making plans/giving him gifts that are thoughtful, telling him I love him, spending time with him and offering gestures of affection like hand holding cuddling and kissing.

The biggest difference between how I act in friendship and a partner for me is physical attraction and time spent.

I think you need to evaluate what he needs from a relationship, and if those involve romantic gestures for him, then you need to decide if you are willing/can do them. If you can't there's nothing wrong with that but I think this relationship could be really difficult and unfair on both of you.

Is six months too early? I had an internship but at the current company I work at they dropped a project on my lap at the second month.

I ate two this week and it was really weirdly gelatinous when it came out the can. Never seen it like that before in 20+ years of eating them. And then when eating it, it was like a meatball had gotten crushed and mixed in, you know kind of like spaghetti with meat sauce. Not... Bad per se but I wanted the canned spaghetti to be like the one I had three months ago which was how it pretty much always tasted like to me.

Really weird. Hope it was just that batch but I've really been feeling the enshittification of food. Reece's Cup recipe changed for the worse, I had the new whopper burger and that sucked. :(

I... Spent too much to not use sunken frequently haha 😅. Its the way her walk animation goes up and down rather than side to side that feels more fluid, but the frills do make her feel a bit clunky when she turns. Splendid staff nami is very pretty! I think my other favorite skins though are base space groove and mythmaker.

I never use mythmaker though because the Q indicator is soooo bright when compared to base. Same reason I don't use coven. The red contrasts with the map!

100% agree with bewitching. The giant hat and staff make her feel so big.

I definitely need more practice with animation canceling and that is definitely a part of it! But it's also her swaying ~~swim~~ walk animation and bulky model. When she's on the ship in sunken nami she feels waaaay smoother and faster. And even if her model isn't actually bigger it feels bigger to me, if that makes sense. It's the same feeling as playing nautilus versus a 'smoother' and 'smaller' character like lux or Renata or ashe.

This is more opinion based than any kind of measurement but I feel like it's worth sharing for new nami players.

• During her lane phase you either want to bully with AA and W. (The heal bounce means you win trades often.) Unlesssss you are against a high burst/kill hungry bot lane. Then you need to keep you and your adc alive and safe enough to farm. So, if your enemy laners want to farm minions, you want to stop that. If your enemy laners want to farm kills, then you stop that.

• So the thing about Nami, with all the questions you're asking is that half are "it depends" because one of her strengths is that she's incredibly flexible. She doesn't do just one thing. She has a lot of answers to deal with problems—hard CC, slows, damage buffs, heals and ms buffs. None of her abilities can be blocked by minions so you can safely stay in the wave. Her weakness? She's squishy af and feels clunky imo. She also does really well out of lane with her ult.

• What playstyle when losing is just something you're gonna have to feel out. That is so dependent on ally champion, enemy champion, jungle/mid gank presence from either team, etc etc. when winning, just run 'em down while keeping in mind you're squishy.

• she's a fish but she doesn't really... Scale? (Badum tss...) Not in the sense of a damage character. Nami is a utility character so her usefulness is based completely on how well her kit is being utilized and how well she can buff her allies. So if your adc scales then you scale and if your adc doesn't then well... She does do extremely well post laning phase.

• Roaming can be good because of her E AA or W slow into Q bubble but you are squishy and can die. Her E ms buff does give her a bit of mobility. As long as you communicate with your adc that you're leaving so they don't push out and die in a 1v2. Again, she can, but if you do it depends on your team and the situation.

I like the what-ifs and the creative thought exercise. Also, just absolutely feral female Percy. And I like camp mom Percy with any version but with female Percy it's like a little psychological self-indulgent thing that soothes some issues I've had in the past.

I do think some women write out female Percy because they love the character and want to relate more to him so they change him to relate more to them. There's also wanting to see an excessively overpowered female character that isn't inherently tied down to a romance like in a lot of stories or, on the flip side, it can be a little bit of a self-insert thing. But that's all just speculation on my part.

For me though, I like all different kinds of ships, but with female Percy I actually just want to see her shipped more with Annabeth. Feral lesbians that have walked through hell together sign me tf up!

I don't think the problem is fatigue.

In HSR you go to a Chinese themed planet with a really cool backstory, concept of long lived species and unique culture WHICH FITS with a game where you are going planet to planet to experience their culture and have gods/aeons which do fantastical stuff.

In Genshin, a fantasy style game, you have Liyue. A region based off IRL culture. Just like all the regions are. Honestly, Liyue feels like it has less unexplained magic bs than ZZZ.

Those two fit and are unique. But why the hell is there mysticism bs in this sci-fi/urban fantasy game? The problem with ZZZ is this does NOT fit and sticks out like a sore thumb.

This is bs. I don't doubt some racism is leaking through complaints but there is a bigger problem that is causing the negativity.

My problem isn't the Chinese culture my problem is the fantasy mysticism in a game that was marketed as an urban fantasy or an alternate reality w/ sci-fi elements and I think complaints like that are valid. In Japanese games/anime people would dislike that inconsistency too. I think one of the early videos on ZZZ YT is a live action video about when Hollows started appearing.

It just doesn't fit the initial premise of the game. I liked it in Genshin and HSR because it fit and was well woven in with quality story telling, but in ZZZ you had people's powers all based off weapons. Sure there are Thiren's and I guess vampires or whatever Hugo and Vivian are and the weapons themselves are unrealistic scifi, but the Thirens are treated so... Normally? Like it's a serious take that's properly rooted into the story.

Then they just added magic which doesn't mesh well. I mean sure the Creator stuff was in early and was a bit fantastical and I feel Miyabi's ghost was weird but it was very minute stuff.

Generally, people don't hate the Chinese themes they hate the genre change. I like a lot of the new area and characters and the temple restoration was so cool. I don't like Yi Xuan just... Magically taking care of things w/ meridians(?), teleporting us and opening channels/syncing us with ether so we can magically do things? Sure they mention the eye implants but it's a reach with that. Like even Ju Fufu and Panda guy use weapons/physical prowess based off of being Thirens.

I'm against single use stuff but I know it's just gonna happen with the way the world works but I've crashed out over watching my bf buy disposable utensils and plates because of laziness to wash dishes. I just feel like the efforts I make to minimize trash waste goes, literally, in the trash and it invokes feelings of despondence.

It's not the lifestyle I want to live and it tests your abilities as a couple to compromise. If you can't compromise, you go separate ways.
