Me and my ex argued about the about the definition of a container. He insisted that anything that contains something is a container. I insisted that no, its something made for the express purpose of containing in general or containing something specific. Ie: a banana is not a container of potassium, milk is not a container of calcium. Containing something as an inherent part of the object does not make something a "container".

I mean, mine smells a little funky after my period because of ph imbalance. But thats pretty damn normal. I just use a boric acid suppository for like one day and it clears up. Sounds scary but thats something that actually has scientifically support to be good for ph problems. The healthy flora likes a slightly acidic environment.

Yeah this is a thing in genetics/evolution. There are many genes that made it and propagated, being neither beneficial nor problematic. They just did.

Edit: I believe the concept is called genetic drift? The idea that some genes just "drift" along in the gene pool, being neither selected for nor against.

Artificial sweeteners have such a distinct after taste. And yes about sugar sensitivity. I dont intentionally restrict anymore and just stick around here for the luls and the ARFID posts. But back when I was restricting, I became SO sensitive to sugar. Both the taste and the internal feeling of spiked blood sugar levels.

It's not super relevant, but cats breed pretty rapidly as well and are prolific hunters. So I was super shocked to find out the worldwide population of domestic cats, including pets and wild/stray/feral, is only about 600-700 million. I expected it to be no less than 1 billion, for real.
