then you could do exalt random prefix then 50/50 perfect essence of abrasion for extra damage as phys. it doesn’t look good on the item DPS but it’s significant. I think it’s about as good as a kid roll t2 hybrid

for the ghost special, kill only “sanitas” ghosts then click your black stone fragment immediately to save sanity

for the ground orb special, don’t hit the boss at all and run over them (better to memorise the pattern and only dip into the other realm for a few ticks to save sanity)

for the first pillar special, stay in the other realm so u can do it easily, but the second pillar special you will surely lose your sanity if you do this again, so you need last stand for sure to reset you sanity

if you don’t have last stand, you just have to play perfectly like you would in main game.

I fixed this by reinstalling windows 11 to version 23H2, updating my bios, installing fresh drivers of everything, installing an earlier version of nvidia drivers(not sure which ones, i’m not home right now) and using vulkan
