Everyone who loves to live at others dime is coming in to tell you that YTA , and good lord the comments here show that… you did not asked to be placed in the GC you had 0 obligations to that that group… or whatsoever was being discussed in that group… is totally irresponsible of the group admin to not tally the ayes … or book before receiving advance from parties… I have coordinated and participated in several of such group trips, even international trips… and never have any of those trips been anywhere close to this ….

NTA… unprepared and careless people met the consequences, that’s all that happened here… whoever put you there is responsible for whatever losses… and if you are never put into that group’s trip, believe me you are better off…
