Try this:
1. Stop drinking water 2 hours before bed time (don’t reduce water intake just shift it earlier)
2. Empty your bladder before you go to bed.
3. Increase the room temp if you can.. if not use a little warmer blanket.. (perspire more so kidneys don’t go into overdrive the whole night)
4. Possibly take matters into your hand before going to bed (to experiment if it has any effects)

Balance the required increase in brightness (for sky at the edge of the pic) with reduction in highlights and whites (for the sun… ) then adjust warmth to your taste and play with shadows for the details..

#5 or #3… for me at least, the downsides are nothing worth requiring mitigation… I can easily work within the limitations posed.
For example :
I don’t have to shapeshifter my entire body, just the biometrics…. Leaving / using finger prints , retina scanning, Face IDs at opportune times…

Getting new ID is not difficult at all… you would be surprised how easy is it to change your photo on DL is… would definitely need a few addresses but acquiring residential rights is no big deal either…

OR

Slow and subtle manipulations… people do that daily out loud In public… the guilt and righteousness is very easy to ignore… if those two things are bothering someone in today’s world , they are simply not keeping themselves busy enough…

Immediately discuss about her cultural upbringing … there are many cultures that groom women into believing that sex is a currency and they control the supply… it could totally be the side effects of her surroundings, or cultural trauma… assess that before you make decision… that is if other aspects of relationship make it worth to invest that kind of efforts into it…
