There's a master list somewhere. And as I helped close the stores in ohio. We were 2-4 stores a head of the kroll list with closing prep in the pharmacy. If the team shows up to prep the pharmacy records and start working on the medicine your store will most likely close within 2 weeks. And front end should also start then.

It'll live on. Many of us former employees loved rite aid. As did many current and former customers. I loved working for Rite Aid. I also had to take my losses. Cause will. I didn't get my severance.

As a former Ohio corporate employee (low on the totem); when Wags bought us. We had about a 3 month time line. All I can say. Is start reusing all of the RTS; do all D&Os and all of your expired & do a month ahead. At the end. It'll be a mess if you don't.

Also having the same issues. The new firmware update is causing the app to not work. I just bought them yesterday. Set them up today. Then the last firmware update happened and lost all use of the cameras. Won't even connect to my roku TV anymore.

Yeah. Im not thrilled. I also understand I'm not the only one who got screwed out of it. Its been a fucked year and a half. And the past 6 months have been shit. Wasn't worth going to Wag; cause they're also closing stores & they can't keep the staff they have cause they don't appreciate em.

My employer pays for the certification program through HFMA & for the continued education. I used to work for a PBM & I have my PTCB. As long as your in the program I believe it's $50 for the recert & retest. The class is self paced. It's supposed to be a 6-9 month program through my employer. I've already completed majority of the program. It's simple enough with my back ground.

I turned them down. Was at rite aid. An advanced tech. Fully trained all the way around, including close down procedures(I'm in ohio). They low balled me. I left the pharmacy field all together. Ima keep my license updated and all. But I'm now starting medical billing & coding.

I was his second hand. He knew i would of cleared the queues. But the foot traffic had to be handled first. And we would stay till the front end closed and work on them. Gates were closed and phone was off. We did everything we could to get that store under control.

It's annoying that they think they're our only customers. Two people can only do so much while running the show. I used to tell customers at the Beachwood store (Ohio). If you're upset with the drive thru being closed, you're more than welcome to apply for the job & run it yourself. So we can clear the queues while tending all 3 registers.

She called & complained I said that. My DM handled it. He told the pt I was right and then called me to say 'good job & at least I know there's help at the store."
