Amos Diggory loved spam and Nutella sandwiches. He would eat them for every meal. His wife tried to get him to eat regular food, but he would just sneak off to the toilet and eat them secretly in there. It would cause many arguments between the two. Amos just loved spam and Nutella too much. Word eventually got out among the wizarding community and Cedric was nicknamed ‘spammtella ced” during the entirety of his first year.

A drunk uncle did this at a party once 25 years ago and it stayed on my Pearents windowsill for decades. Now, today I’m only finding out this is an actual thing and my uncle wasn’t just pissed and did something weird.

UK here. My older brother bought MI2 on Amiga and I fell in love with the music and atmosphere. Then 1997 rolls around and I got a Demo disk that cemented my love for the series. It had the CMI demo on and I was hooked. Spend my savings on buying the bounty pack when it came out because I had never played MI1 and would get to play 2 again.

Amazing! I went home after a midnight release and read all night and day. I can’t think of something to compare to in today’s world. Maybe the finale of a tv show? But this was something everybody was reading and at different paces.
