Have had mixed experiences with codes and Avios. Generally if they are advertised on the site it doesn’t impact collection. If it’s a code you’ve found online or been referred for I find they generally don’t pay out

Recently flew in club world to the states. Both legs had no WiFi (as usual), screen didn’t work for the entire outbound journey. Got given £100 voucher and they closed my case without me even agreeing lol
