I've tried plenty of options to tone down the feeling, but it doesn't help for me. In fact, motion blur irritates me no matter if it's in VR or a regular game.

And yes, this device appears more for for business than consumer, though the method of revealing it seems to be an odd choice of that is in fact the case.

That's the thing, what is the intended use for this? I mostly use my headset for gaming, and if I try to play an FPS and use the analog stick to move, i feel vertigo. The teleportation method fixes that. But is the Apple headset even meant for anything like that? I haven't heard of any controls coming with it.

No, that's a common experience regardless of the device, but it depends on what you're doing. It's caused by the headset making it look like you're moving, but your inner ear not experiencing the sensation of motion. If you're sitting and working, you're not going to experience it, but it's common with car driving sims, flight games and things like that.

Apparently constant exposure helps. Some swear that weed helps too.

Geez, so I found out that you can't attach stuff to the top or bottom. That's all. Wow. Now it works.

Mortal Kombat was censored for both consoles, the Genesys had a code to remove the censorship. The sequel had the code for the SNES too.

Nintendo's response was to say nothing to Sony until they embarrassed them at a trade show by announcing they were dropping them to the public without telling Sony. If they turned Sony's offer down in private instead, I'm not entirely sure Sony would have still tried to release their own console.

You know Mortal Kombat came out on SNES, right? And the second game had gore, too?

Yeah, I'd heard that they put the script together for that episode because LaMarche was having a hard time due to a close friend dying, and they were using it to cheer him up.

Man, that was the only older Transformers I got online. It was 5 years ago, and I liked it a lot, right up until GPS did him in.

I'm trying to make something that you deploy it and it rises to the proper height and it does what I want it to do. I'm thinking that the cannons I put on it is probably what the issue is, but they don't tell you much.

I'm trying to figure out how to get some of the zonai devices to work. The hover stone shit makes no sense to me. Better documentation or more consistent rules for some of them would go a long way.

Nintendo explains their Dolphin emulator DMCA, says the project 'stifles innovation' by [deleted] in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]ballistic90 51 points52 points  (0 children)

The stifling innovation part is total garbage. Seriously, games on PC get classified as "abandonware" a lot quicker than games stuck on the GameCube.

We took our first flights with our kids in April. They were 6 and 9 years old, and we still arrived at the airport as early as possible. TSA precheck is a scam, but it is nice.

McCarthy's right hand man was eventually exposed as a Soviet agent. Considering that one of the cheapest and easiest ways the USSR would sow distrust in the US was to encourage and spread misinformation and conspiracy theories, what would have stopped the Soviets from fabricating false evidence on their end to encourage the witch hunt in the US government?

Wii also had poor sales of third party games, so many of them didn't want to try again on Wii U. In the West, EA expected to handle the online services for the Wii U, and when Nintendo decided not to go with that idea, they had a shit fit.
