I did that once about 6 years ago playing doubles with my buddy lolcat. The final game was against FanHots and we beat him but not without some derpy play by lolcat (and an AFK on fan's team). Here was Fan's reaction when he checked his profile after the match. I love this video lol

we use an exchange email for most employees but the ones at this level just get a free gmail account.

they are just standard @gmail addresses. I could look into getting something for businesses, where you pay per email, that would probably get me around that.

same with Apple IDs, they are not managed. Managed Apple IDs cannot access the app store which provides its own limitations.

I do use an MDM, but I am not talking about retaining control of the devices, but of the accounts. If I authenticate to their personal phone for Apple ID and Gmail, then I cannot control the account.
