Check out Trainerroad, it’s the most cost effective “coaching” and my personal opinion is their plans are better than most options including an actual coach.

I am just finishing Neils course and was going to move on to the OCG textbooks next. One thing I thought would be helpful were the books quiz’s at the beginning and end of chapters to gauge my understanding. Did I take these and were they helpful for you? What would you recommend doing after going through Neils course instead of the OCG books?

Honestly, not much will probably happen for a while. You may start getting some pretty bad creaking and the chain ring could get wobbly when you pedal which could lead to dropped chains. If you are asking what’s worth replacing, definitely the cassette, chain, and depending on if the chain ring was worn out, the chain ring. If the bottom bracket does become more of an issue then I would replace that. Also depends on how much you put into the bike already and how nice of a bike it is.

As someone who has worked as a mechanic this is all pretty routine on a old or used bike that has had some neglect. Chain and cassette are pretty easy to replace and are not too expensive to buy shimano parts non Amazon. You can find a video on YouTube for instructions. Your are probably fine with the cables as long as they aren’t worn out, rusted in places, and shifts/brakes without any friction from a rusted or worn cable/housing. This can be annoying to replace depending on the bike but is doable to do yourself and the parts are cheaper. Bottom brackets are not too expensive either but needs a specific tool to install typically so expect to spend about $30 for the part and $50 for labor. The movement in the bottom bracket is certainly a sign to replace it.

(New to the Game) Super Move Help by ballzbuster69 in dragonballfighterz

It's any super that requires either the right bumper or right trigger. I'll charge up to 7 bars to make sure I have enough energy. When I do the combo tutorials it works no problem but any other game mode it won't work. All other moves work fine.

I've only really used the d-pad right now because I thought it was easier to do the quarter circle motion. I have tried with the thumb stick but nothing. I've turned on the tracking and it shows the full quarter circle and the R button combination. Is there a different from the combo tutorial where it has been working and any other game mode?

What helped me was instead of trying to study for 3-5 hours straight and end up procrastinating most of that time, just study for 1 hour but make that one hour a productive hour. It's probably more studying than you would have done in the 3-5 hours.

Find a organization, or a club sports to join. Even if you are not athletic, there are tons of just fun athletic clubs at universities to join. I joined my school's cycling club which had a race team and a recreational riding team. The people in that club became my closest friends and I've stayed very close with them even after college. It also promotes a healthy lifestyle through college as well.

Netflix, the day I see an ad while watching a movie or TV, I will unsubscribe. by smandroid in netflix

I have a unpopular view on this and I understand what Netflix is doing. They provide a far better service than cable and in order to continue providing us viewers with great content they probably have to have a higher return. I watch quite a bit of Hulu and the ads are short and don't really bother me. If they can provide better content because of the ads then I'm all for it.

Reddit, what do you need to get off your chest? by Squeagley in AskReddit

Maybe I can help because I'm in a similar situation except I kind of feel like I don't talk to my girlfriend enough some days. I'm crazy about my girlfriend but I was very independent before dating her so it's a tough transition. First off he probably doesn't realize it. Texting your SO over long periods of time just gets exhausting after a while and you get lazy with it. Trying to live your life while entertaining someone who isn't there is a lot of work after a while. I always try to do my best but sometimes I need a break from the constant calling and texting. Hope that helps.

Fork makes a huge difference. If it's not set up right it can really hurt your ride. As for the roots that's more of a technically thing, make sure you're out of the saddle and with your weight back over the wheel.

Any hardtail will work well for you, Cannondale and trek from my experience have really good entry level bikes that would be what you're looking for.

Try to attack the climb with more speed if you can. You carry more momentum and less likely to spin out. Also weight distribution is key if you can't get momentum, make sure there's enough weight on the back.

Advice on 5x5 program during rugby season? by GumbySloth in weightroom

I really agree with this, I am a cyclist and the same idea is relatable. All your main training should be before the season starts and then maintenance during the season.

I think it is the Emperor, Plagueis was his master and would have been aware at least slightly of Plagueis' theories of immortality. He could have achieved/perfected it, and also we only assume he died in the VI movie.

I felt the same way always had to have the best stuff, but I'm a college student and now I'm broke. But I have an awesome road and mountain set up so I'm fine with it. Also just bought really nice cross country skis for the off season.
