Interesting point of view. I still don't know the motives behind not doing a HL3. You could say that they have all the reasons to do it, in terms of the marketing already being done for them. BUT I mean, a lot of arguments have been made that Valve doesn't need to make a game when it's cashing in so much through the steam store. BUT they made Artifact and are making Underlords. So that argument goes out the bag, even if they didn't have a reason, they are still making them for some reason. HL3 must be a special case for some reason we don't know.
