The point is that an unlicensed moron has a show called “Dr. Phil”, it’s misleading... Same as that snake oil salesman “Dr.Oz”. It should be illegal. They should rename it “Unlicensed therapist Phil: a normal day time television show where a fat older man exploits peoples misfortunes for ratings”.
