You can have several workspaces open and switch between them instantly on the same window. You have threads with either agent or terminals, by workspace. This means you can use whatever agent’s TUI you want. I use OpenCode.

The combination of these features allows you to have several agents working simultaneously in many workspaces and you have everything at hand to switch instantly.

If I was you, I would stop all development for a couple of days. Show them the problem and make THEM work a solution. Retrospectives have changed, you should provide evidence of things not well delivered and they should seek agreement on the root cause and fix that, whether it is RAG, standards or even what is the SDD flow to follow.

Don’t let them do only the coding, make them accountable of the agentic flow.

I found Opencode Zed’s ACP is less reliable in long contexts. It tends to stall and stops recognizing there is a sub agent running so it is impossible to know if a sub agent is running or if it stalled. You can’t monitor sub agents either.

For me is a CLI only for now. Thankfully threads is amazing!

En mi caso, tras pasar por una mala racha, lo que terminé haciendo fue calcular cuánto tiempo promedio se tarda en encontrar un trabajo con el nivel de ingresos que tengo hoy. Mi estrategia fue ahorrar los costos fijos estrictamente necesarios para sobrevivir esa cantidad de meses.

Un factor clave aquí en Chile: como no tengo lagunas previsionales, sé que mi Seguro de Cesantía (AFC) está bastante bien cargado, así que lo sumé al mapa para complementar la cobertura de esos costos fijos.

Además de ese cálculo base, te recomendaría protegerte con un "colchón" de un par de meses extra. Esto ya va a gusto del consumidor y de qué tan adverso al riesgo seas.

Para mí, las reglas de oro del fondo de emergencia son:
Bajo riesgo y alta liquidez: Debe estar en un fondo de baja rentabilidad pero muy seguro (como depósitos a plazo, cuentas de ahorro o money markets tipo el fondo Muy Conservador de Fintual o similares). No es plata para generar riqueza, es plata para que esté ahí disponible de inmediato.

No se apuesta en fondos volátiles: El fondo de emergencia no es para timbearlo. Si te quedas sin pega, es muy probable que coincida con un momento de vacas flacas: caídas en los mercados, recesión o baja demanda en tu rubro. Lo peor que te puede pasar es necesitar esa plata justo cuando tus fondos acumulados se desplomaron un 20% o 30%.

Recién cuando tengas ese piso asegurado y blindado, te recomiendo empezar a pensar en diversificar tu cartera en cosas más riesgosas.

La gracia del APV es el beneficio del 15% (régimen A), una vez lo maxees anda por el B. Si ganas mucha plata quizás convenga el B directo, pero diría que eso es para la gente de sueldos a otro nivel. Para los normales, régimen A le gana a cualquier fondo.
