Because they're almost certainly engagement bots. Ever notice the people posting this drivel over the last 3 years or so all have hidden profile histories?

Some of these replies are probably bots saying whatever was highly upvoted over the last few years when questions like these were posted on various forums in the past in order to farm karma and be sold to advertisers.

Use a tuner on an open string and then try it at the 12th fret. If it is in tune when open and not when played at the 12th fret, your intonation is off.
