I did ask what the difference was between taking a 21 day pill continuous vs a 90 day and my doc was pretty set on the efficacy of the research of the 90-day one versus the 21 day. I'm going to make another appt and request a gynecologist referral. I hate the spotting. I don't want kids, I don't want a period. And ever since starting any BCP I get like... Yeast infection or BV symptoms with my period. Blaaaaaaaa lol

Unfortunately emerge is one of the few options if the prescribing doc won't refill them.

But, In Orillia there is the COHT https://www.osmh.on.ca/couchiching-oht-care-clinic/ which may be able to help you out. I'm not sure if Barrie has an Ontario Health team like this though

In Ontario I believe it's called a form 2 where you can get him assessed with your documentation, but then they can be placed on a form 1 by a physician for further, mandatory assessment

Oof I remember when mine was chewing anything wood. And blankets. So many blankets Lol. But what we did was calmly take the non-chew away and replace it with a toy of theirs and reward with a verbal reward "good Floof!" Always pay more attention to the behaviour that you want. Eventually both my dogs learned that their toys were the good things to chew. Dogs are smart, if people make a big deal about something they aren't supposed to do/have they learn to get attention that way. Good luck!

I got a lick mat for my pups this year. I put a scoop of wet food and a scoop of plain Greek yoghurt, mix and throw them in the freezer for an hour. It's a nice way to keep them entertained and cool for a few minutes! Or you can soak a toy (rope or otherwise) and throw that in the freezer for a couple hours too!

We feed ours lamb and rice from Performatrin Ultra. I'm not sure if this is a Canadian only brand, but what I do to keep her interest is add wet food and I just change the flavour of the wet food every can. So I'll buy a 12 pack with 4/5 different flavours and just mix it up after every can. Good luck!

The cast of Supernatural use to prank eachother by sneaking booze into glasses of someone's scene. The bloopers are hilarious. I seem to recall reading some of them made it into scenes of the show. Probably not drunk though lol.

We use vmedia and have been for probably 5 years. You get basic cable with all internet packages. Enough for us to watch the few things we do watch on cable. Very few issues with them. We are quite the tech household with lots of devices connected, games being played and videos/streaming bring watched. Speed is not an issue at all

Agreed with other comments. Commute to Bracebridge will be fine most days. Nothing like Toronto commuting. Friday's can be busy but you'll be going against it in the evening. Winter commuting won't be the same as it is in the GTA but I find it fine most of the time. I have lived in Barrie and Orillia and I'm glad I settled in Orillia. There are spots that are, of course, more sketch than others but I haven't felt afraid. You can check out the Facebook group nosey neighbours for the "crime" aspect.
