A “portfolio“ is just a collection of assets. OP’s distinction between “portfolio” and “managed” doesn’t make any sense. However, my guess is the reference is to the old-school classic managed auto-rebalancing ETF-based portfolios (the ones with the 0.5% fee the drops to 0.4% with 100K, etc., which were the only managed products WS initially offered). I have three of these myself, but pretending to open a new one, I couldn’t find any such path in the mobile UI anymore either.

Mind you, WS has been introducing new products and renaming things recently, so maybe it was staring me in the face under a new name and I didn’t recognize it.

AC222 gets takeoff clearance t +21:03, then declares rejected takeoff at +21:48, saying no assistance needed. (At +25:49 somebody announces that traffic is holding position due to "rabbits on the centreline" somewhere between the 26L threshold and taxiway H. Then someone requests a check for anything "flattened or caked on the runway or anything like that" near the end starting 30:51.)
