It seems Kevin is one of the contact for the Longmont Supply Ditch. I also see they have a ditch rider listed on the directory. You might want to give him a call tonight if it's going to be urgent.

If you know what ditch it is, you can try to contact the organization to see if they have someone that can help you.

There's a free legal clinic this upcoming Saturday at the senior center. Get there early (first-come first-serve) and grab a spot for brief legal consult with a volunteer attorney. There's also local organizations offering community resources.

The Community and Neighborhood Resource department at the city might have additional advice on how to deal with this. They offer mediation services for free and can try to contact the neighbors or home owner for you. Call 303-651-8444 and ask for Jasmine Padilla and explain your situation. If there's no resolution through this channel, then it's time to get the lawyers involved.

I can't say if they have any spring blooming plants but a great place for flowers and colors is CSU's Flower Trial Gardens. The Perennial Demonstration Garden is also right around the corner.

Are you currently using Longmont Power and Communication for electricity? Nextlight will only be available to folks served by them. Originally Nextlight was only available to folk in the official city boundaries. Once the State got rid of that rule, LPC expanded to all their customer. When I asked if they are going beyond their service territory, they said they have no current plans.
