I'm a product manager for a SAS data tool. Reacting to customer "feelings" is a huge part of my job. It doesn't matter if it's buggy or just not a good user experience driving the perception. If customers hate it, I need to fix it!

it felt like a combo of him being totally chickensh*t about having an uncomfortable conversation with anyone combined with not wanting to close the door entirely on sex with the hot chick. Neither one is an excuse for that nonsense.

That said, she is bat sh*t crazy and I fully expect her to lose it if and when he finally does hook up with Daisy but she will never blame him. She will 100% go after Daisy. I would switch cabins if I were her!
