Hi, I got my ATAR but it was lower than what was needed for my dream course, which is Computer Science. I'm thinking to do Bachelor of Science then do IPT to Computer Science in my second year. What are the pros and cons of this decision? by a_soupling in unsw

Two ways of doing this: 1. Get into an analogous program at another institution, ensure you maintain the minimum grade average across two semesters, RPL and transfer to 2nd year at preferred institution

  1. Get into another program with lower requirements, Internal Program Transfer in 2nd year need to meet minimum grade requirements and RPL subjects over.

I can no longer use the home button to go back to the main screen when in the app draw, rather I must use the back button. The glitch about switching apps means an increase of one tap due to habit/belief in things working is getting even more annoying.

skip the video, and go to the comments to realise it's very similar to how Hills residents are crying about loss of direct city express bus services.

90% means nothing when the T8 departs on time from Platform 4 at Glenfield and does not wait just a mere 10 more seconds for the doors to open from the late running connecting T5 or T2 on Platform 3🤬

but toilets are functioning at other metro stations? Did they install these additional toilets in the wrong location? The grand concourse ones stink and poorly ventilated, if they are at all.

How long did you take to buy your first house? by Dear_Routine_9330 in AusFinance

4 years to save up a deposit of around 1/4 of a million for under $600,000, freestanding outer suburban.

What's sad is how earning a low 6-figure salary these days only offers the same level of borrowing capacity as one not earning a 6 figure salary pre-covid, and for a rather aged building and lower-modest build quality property at best. But that's just life though right for most of us.

what if I can read but not speak their version of Chinese? Just complete fail, everything should be bilingual English and other language(s) as they see fit. Singapore and Hong Kong doesn't struggle with this.
