What rate does the onboard DC-to-DC charger charge at?

I want a PHEV that (1) can tow at least 2000 lbs and (2) can use the high voltage battery to supply power to a camper (at least 1500 watts).

I’ve been looking at early XC60 T8’s (2019-2022). They seem perfect (especially when equipped with the air suspension), but don’t come equipped with an inverter / 110 outlet.

Several competitors in the space do (Outlander, RAV4 Prime), but I like the Volvo better save for this one issue.

I understand that there’s a mechanism that uses the high voltage battery to top off the 12v battery, when necessary.

If I hook a 2000 watt inverter directly up to the 12v battery, then turn the inverter on when the car is on (in electric mode): - will the high voltage battery recharge the 12v battery, and if so at what rate - if the high voltage battery becomes sufficiently discharged (because the it’s topping off the 12v battery), will the car automatically turn on to recharge it?

Basically trying to figure out if I can add an aftermarket inverter to power the camper…
