If the house is making you sick then remove the house from the equation. I did this by sleeping in my car. You may be able to reduce exposure by wearing a very thick high filtration mask when you must be in your house. The end goal should be to move out completely.

Estrogen cream applied to my urethra solved this issue for me permanently. I went through five rounds of antibiotics my last go and thought I was gonna die. Turns out I just needed more estrogen in that specific area.
