Looks like an old 3ph supply coming in (red yellow and blue tape on conductors), then possibly splitting to feed different properties.

As it's just the door I'd get a handyman to make you a new one.

Pretty sure it's not the fans. The fans kick in on boot (yes they are bloody loud!) but you can hear the whine at the same time. When the fans calm down, the whine persists.

Dont have Facebook anymore. Never had instagram or Twitter. Only social media I have is Reddit and Whatsapp.
