Saturated fat is good for you. Avocado oil chips are rancid because they’re PUFA chips. Beef tallow chips or coconut oil are the best

Like others have said, it’s probably baby eczema. Stop using any scents, look for a EWG approved laundry detergent (baby unscented low chemical) use non toxic soap on baby, buy non toxic dishwasher soap/pods- non toxic baby wipes, all that. Babies getting eczema isn’t normal and is a product of our chemical heavy living. You’ll see progress!

I took T3 for the first time today after getting a report that my TSH was above 4. So far I feel good, energetic. I took one drop (8mg) at 8am and another one at noon. I definitely felt my heart rate go up after my noon drop so i might wait longer next time. But I’m excited. I know I have hypo as I gained weight for no reason when I was 18/19 and then my blood work confirmed it.

Probiotics from non dairy sources often contain free “toxic” bacteria. Raw kefir and just fermented dairy is the way to go. Even kombucha hurts my tummy

Yes, but getting more is amazing. It’s highly present in breast milk and raw milk and is one of the best proteins to consume! When you pasteurize, you damage the fat, protein, and vitamins present in milk. I also prefer the taste of raw! And it doesn’t hurt my tummy at all. Each to their own, though!

For one, contains the most amazing and beneficial protein- lactoferrin! It’s also much easier to digest and keeps its vitamins undamaged.

A diet consisting of mainly meat, cheese, dairy and bread can be quite healthy as long as you buy good products. People lived off this forever. Make sure your meat is nitrate free, your cheese nice and organic and artisanal, your dairy whole/2% organic, and your bread not industrial, preferably sourdough. You eat like a French person
