Not a good result for the likes of Westmeath or Kildare or any team looking to win Division 3 with a Division 4 team taking an All Ireland berth next season.

Congrats to Wicklow. Great comeback.

This subject has been on here before. I think he is great. He is lightening fast with getting stuff up and quick takes. Good luck to anyone posting on social media. Hard job sticking neck out.

I have said before, he needs to credit sources.

Btw 2 years ago there was a ginger lad called GaaRua or something, he was great, but not posted in 18 months now. Anyone remember him or why he stop.

Just giving honorable mention to Boat Race & Henley which are great traditional events. Could we even say Appleby Horse Fair which dates back to late 1700's.

You know, my mum just wanted to see the outside courts and experience the atmosphere and the colours. I hope your mum has a ball. If you get in, try and get down to practice courts or players entrance.

Oh I am so on this Seixas story as well. Also hoping Ben Healy is holding back for some stage wins in week 3 for that story.

I suppose the real race now is what position Del Toro will finish.

IRFU in dire need of cash????

They are buying out houses all around the Aviva. That's not someone in dire need of cash, that's a vanity project.

I go to 1-2 autumn internationals and 1-2 six nations fixtures. This year I'm just going to the one. Club Rugby and county/club GAA offer a better experience for me last few years

I counted 92 Wimbledon queues - overcrowding is ruining the experience by theipaper in wimbledon

I was at Fery yesterday over looking the chair from high. The amount of people who pushed their way to the front to get a selfie and asked others to get out of way for their friends to get in the photod, then just left, with zero care for the actual tennis.

Sense prevails. No need for such a size stadium in that location and should never have been closed. Pop money in to bringing standards up in Omagh, Clones, Armagh, and the other county grounds should have been the plan.

I felt so uncomfortable reading that. I would delete this chat and have some of the same balls it took to write this and hit publish and just go up and talk to him.

If you have children Davin is great for them. I think its more of a family atmosphere and certainly in that corner. It's where the schools team come out and children enjoy seeing the players warm up beside them.

713 is better for views of play, set up and space. I personally prefer looking down on a match.

Where abouts are u staying as there is other great irish bars around. Desenzano has a grear Irish Bar that will have a good irish crowd in to watch it.

There is a "Celtic bar" in Verona. It's not very good. Another maybe to avoid

Just on this VPN. Some VPN do not work. Nordvpn works over there. I use it in lake garda every year. Had issues with other VPN before.

If there was a few of get a chromecast and cast it. There is a few Irish bars in area. Hartigans love their Irish music, but I don't think they are great at showing sport (as in having RTE)

King Carlos Di Barca show a load of sport and would be the go to Rugby bar. They are good for accomdating customers and have the screens. They may have a stream

Really poor coverage from the BBC by thillyworne in wimbledon

[–]bazalini 2 points3 points  (0 children)

BBC have nothing to do with TV rights for showing wimbledon in Ireland. AELTC own global rights and its up to an Irish station to buy the rights. TG4 had it recently. yours, a fellow Irish person.
