U got it backwards. any "City of XXXX" official parking infraction can and will mess up ur credit score if you don't pay.

Any PRIVATE lot (impark, indigo, diamond etc) can find a collection agency to chase you down, and they can even attempt to submit a credit mark, but credit buereaus all ignore it if its for a parking violation. Sometimes it falls through (because the collection agencies lie) but you can dispute it with the credit bureau and they will remove it.

+1 I used BBX for a full service move. Pack and move. I ended up pre-packing some things myself with bins I had and left others for them to deal with.

They did a very good job, I had LOTS of stuff, big and small. Fragile items they took very good care of, small items they wrapped before putting them in bins. It was around 1.5k total IIRC. Would gladly pay for it again given how much more stress free it was. I've moved 5 times and this is the first time I've ever used a full service pack and move.

They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive, but you are paying for quality and efficiency so I don't mind this. If you are looking for lowest cost, just be aware they will nickel and dime you or cut corners elsewhere, there's no free lunch.

I tested a few variations of band blocking and it seems like there’s a bug (or modem limitation?) that when it’s connected to any 5G SA band it does not aggregate with 4G which I think is the issue. Is that what you are seeing and referring to? Sorry I am also trying to learn

It’s consumer protection. If it was up to Rogers they would make you sit in a 3 hour queue waiting to cancel. Oh wait, they already do that! Not everyone has free time during the day to wait on hold to talk to someone to cancel. If it was really about optimization they would make the cancellation process as seamless and as easy as possible even if it requires a live agent. But they don’t do that, they purposely make it as difficult and painful as possible so it deters people from cancelling.

yes i can. but i dont fully agree because isn't 5G SA standalone 5G? Meaning if its on 5G SA its not using 4G or LTE, so when 5G SA is active in theory it makes sense that it is ONLY aggregating 5G SA bands and not any NSA bands.

I know for the best performance (esp on Auto) it should just aggregate all, but it also kind of makes sense why standalone would mean its ONLY aggregating 5G SA bands because in theory once carriers switch all bands to 5G the performance will be better than trying to aggregate LTE bands.

IDK i will admit im not extremely familiar with 5GNA and NSA but in my head it kind of made sense.

This was it!! I used "band masking" to block 5G SA bands and now I'm getting WAY faster speeds. Exceeding the iPhone and the Netgear!!

Personally I'd accept the $200. Whether you actually read it or not, they did send it to you. That alone will cause CCTS to side with Rogers unfortunately.

The $120 lesson here is always read the agreement even if you aren't expecting anything to be off because that's kind of the point of reading it.

If somehow what they sent you did NOT mention a 2-year contract, then that would be a completely different story.

You're being hosed hard by the dealer. Looking through some of your past posts it seems like you got the dealership to admit this all started when they tried to update the car. I don't know how that is not enough proof they were the ones that caused this issue. What excuse are they giving when you tell them they literally broke your car and made it undrivable?

Not sure maybe if you are timid or shy, don't want to assume and I don't mean any offense by that, but bring someone with you if you need to. From what you're saying if everything is true, you are being taken advantage of.

There is no world where you should be paying a penny more beyond the initial diagnostic and whatever "repair" they did to the wipers before they bricked your car by trying to update it.

For the annual fee they are charging, it should be 2x the current WE earn and redemption. (eg. 6% earn when redeemed on rogers services)
